Design and implementation of precise time service system based on GNSS CV

Abstract: Combining the GNSS common-view time transfer technology and modern communication network technology, a GNSS CV precision time service system hardware platform has been established. By using the accurate time UTC(NTSC) kept by NTSC(the national time service center, the chinese academy of science), and the observational data obtained with GNSS common-view receiver, the online data transmission and comparison/processing can be realized, which is a valuable solution for the users to synchronize the user’s time to UTC(NTSC) with high-precision.
