Abstract: To satisfy the requirement about the precision and expansibility of large-scale wireless sensor network(WSN), the authors introduced the model of biological synchronization into the wireless sensor network, and proposed a kind of group synchronization algorithms in a decentralized manner based on the research of the existing synchronization algorithm in WSN, and made the simulation about the astringency of the algorithm. The result shows that the algorithm can make all the nodes with various initial phase in all-to-all network achieve phase synchronization and satisfy the requirement of network synchronization.
