Abstract: For conducting the study of the time-keeping technique, a corresponding experiment platform is established. For this platform the modern computer technique and the way of data-sharing are adapted, and the observation data from the existing system are furthest utilized. The structure of this platform system is simple, and it is easy to use. The results show that the platform system can run normally according to the demand, which can support the research work of time-keeping technique, and this platform has achieved the expected aim.
