Abstract: In order to eliminate the influence of the temperature of signal generator on the phase of the time/frequency signals, a method combining temperature control and real-time phase adjustment is put forward. In this method, besides controlling the temperature, the key parameters for real-time phase adjustment are calculated based on the analyses of the temperature of signal generator, the change rate of the measured signal phase, the phase-adjustment resolution, the phase variation index, etc. Thus, the phase fluctuation caused by the temperature change is effectively reduced and the stability and consistency of the phases of output signals are improved.
