Abstract: The transfer equations of pulsar pulse TOA (time of arrival) are introduced in some details. The applications of the pulsar TOA transfer equation to the spacecraft navigation using pulsars are discussed. A comparison is made between the TOA transfer equation for the spacecraft navigation and that for the radio pulsar timing observations carried out with ground radio telescopes.
