Abstract: With the development of navigation technology, BOC(binary offset carrier) modulation was proposed for satellite navigation and positioning in recent years for its outstanding advantages such as good correlation, anti-jamming property, band sharing and spectral separability. The principles of several BOC modulations are elaborated here in the beginning, followed by an introduction of a method for establishing the BOC modulation model based on the technique of Matlab. The frequency spectrums of each BOC modulation are given in the end, and these modulation results will have an instructive meaning for GNSS signal system’s design and engineering implementation.
