Abstract:The methods of digital modulation, time code transmission and independent time service, which are adapted in the technical transformation for the BPL long wave time service transmission system, are introduced on the basis of comparing and analyzing the three kinds of universally adapted methods for Loran-C digital modulation. Moreover, some schemes for the leap second, which are suitable for the BPL time code transmission and independent time service, are presented.
