Abstract: As a part of the renovation project of BPL long wave time/frequency broadcasting system at National Time Service Center(NTSC), thesoftware for abnormal time/frequency signals alarming at BPL Controlling and Monitoring Lab was developed and has been successfully run for 2 years. The software design and the operating windows on computer screen are described here. The methods of data analysis and the base of judgment for abnormalsignals are included. A few modes for alarming are offered in order to ensure the alarming effectiveness.
