Abstract：In order to improve time service, the BPL longwave time service system has been renovated. The composition and controlling/monitoring in the time-frequency monitoringsystem for the renovated BPL time service are introduced in this paper. The statistical specifications of BPL time service system before and after the renovation prove that the precision and capability of time service are improved greatly.
