Abstract: The cause of the fluctuation of time delay for the microwave time transfer system, and the precision of one-way and two-way time transfer are analyzed. The analyses show that the time delay determined via clock transporting for the microwave time transfer system can be corrected by using the long-term data of microwave two-way time transfer, and the corrected time delay can be applied to the one-way time comparison to minimize the comparison error.
