Dr. Lu Xiao-chun, professor of NTSC, was involved in various projects in the field of the signal design and process of the satellite navigation system. She is currently a resident professor and the director of the Department of navigation and communication in NTSC. Her current interests include the development theory of satellite navigation & positioning as well as high precision time transfer.
