From Jan. 25—28, 2016, Institute of Navigation (ION) convened International Technical Meeting (ITM), Precise Time and Time Interval Systems and Applications Meeting (PTTI) in Monterey, California. Lu Xiaoshun, deputy director of NTSC, He Zhanke and Liu Yinhua, associate researchers of NTSC, attended the meetings. 

On the meeting, it is primarily determined to arrange a Beidou symposium in ION GNSS+ meeting scheduled on September 2016, Lu Xiaoshun and a foreign expert will attend the symposium as presidents. 

At afternoon on 28, Liu Yinhua, the associate researcher, made a report themed with “Analysis and Study on the Influence of BDS TGD on Positioning” on C5 Symposium (High Precision GNSS), and had technical discussions with the experts.
