On July 15, 2013, the Technical Cooperation & Exchange Conference between National Cooperation Research Center and Canadian Thoth Company was held in Beijing. Dr. He Chengyan from NTSC attended the conference.

The Canadian Thoth Company expressed its intention to establish cooperative relationship with the Chinese side. By making good use of the large-aperture antenna with46 m in height of Thoth Company, Chinese side can receive and collect signals of GNSS satellite navigation system such as Beidou to provide data for analysis of signals of Beidou system and make a contribution to the high-quality and reliable service provided by Beidou system.
