On Nov. 2, Mr. Felix Sebastian, Vice President from Megapulse Company of the U.S., visited the NTSC. Megapulse is a professional company producing Loran transmitters, and its products can be found at most Loran navigation stations in the world, such as in the U.S., Canada, India, Japan, Korea and China. Technical exchanges and discussions were held between Mr. Felix and Wang Yulin & Wu Haitao, Deputy Directors of NTSC, as well as relevant technical personnel from the Time Service Dept. and BPL Long Wave Station.

Then, Mr. Felix inspected the Time-frequency Standard Lab of NTSC with the company of Deputy Director Wang Yulin.
