On Nov. 30, a delegation of 3 persons leaded by Mr. Lee Morin, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S., visited the NTSC accompanied by the comrades from the Science and Technology Department of Shaanxi Province. Wang Yulin, Deputy Director of NTSC, gave them a warm reception, introduced them the basic conditions of NTSC, and accompanied them to inspect the Time Standard Lab, Time-keeping Clock Room, TWSTT Lab, etc.

Mr. Morin expressed appreciation for the basic time and frequency work carried out by the NTSC, and showed that the scientific and technological cooperation in the field of time and frequency between China and the U.S. should be enhanced.
