From June 1–7, 2016, National “12^th Five-Year Plan” S&T Innovation Achievements Exhibition was held in Beijing Exhibition Center, themed on “Innovation driving development, technology leading the future”, embodying the major landmark scientific and technological achievements as well as significant work progress made in China during the “12^th Five-year Plan” period, especially since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. As a “12^th Five-Year Plan” innovation achievement by CAS, “Time Benchmark maintaining of China reached the international level” submitted by NTSC, was exhibited on the area of basic researches.
