On morning November 6, Mr. Li Xiaohui, researcher and vice director of CAS national time service center, Mr. Liu Jianrong (for Shaanxi Provincial Astronomical Society) was invited to attend 3rd Star Carnival activity of Xi’an Higher Education Astronomical Community organized by Northwestern Poly-technical University Astronomical Association. Mr. Li Xiaohui made one special popular science report named as Story of Time, where over 150 astronomy lovers intensively from Northwestern Poly-technical University Astronomical Association and Xi’an Jiaotong University heard such report.
After report, Mr. Li Xiaohui rendered detail answers about what students concern with and are interested in, moreover, he still raised some expectations for all students. Liu Jianrong jointly met higher education astronomical community for making exchange and discussion with 2016' joint development activity.
