| Lu Xiaochun Presided Over "Annual Seminar of Satellite Navigation" and "Special Lecture on the Institute of Navigation" |

As the Fifth China Satellite Navigation Conference was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province from May 20th to May 23rd, Researcher Lu Xiaochun, Deputy Director of the NTSC, presided over the "Annual Seminar of Satellite Navigation" and the F2 Branch of "Special Lecture on The Institute of Navigation". In the afternoon of May 20th, the Annual Seminar of Satellite Navigation was held in the Yangtze Hall at Nanjing Jinling Convention Center. Professor Washington Yotto Ochieng from Imperial College London, UK made a speech about "GNSS Integrity Monitoring - challenges and solutions", introducing such common algorithms as RAIM, ARAIM, SAIM and CRAIM. After the seminar, Professor Washington Yotto Ochieng started to interact with young scholars, and was awarded the Annual Certificate by Lu Xiaochun. At 8:00am on May 22nd, 2014, the F2 Branch of "Special Lecture on The Institute of Navigation" was started and Co-presided over by Researcher Lu Xiaochun and Professor Tong Yu from The Institute of Navigation (ION for short).
