Recently, General Office of Provincial Party Committee of Shaanxi Province issued the Recognition Decision on Expert with Outstanding Contributions in Shaanxi Province of People’s Government of Shaanxi Province and CPC Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee. 122 experts are conferred with the title of “Expert with Outstanding Contributions” in Shaanxi Province, and Wu Haitao, deputy director of NTSC awarded this title.
