On Mar. 2nd, the CAS Deputy Secretary Wu Jianguo Group carried out the Inspection and Survey and held forum on rear services support and guarantee for the scientific and research. On the forum, the NTSC Dean Guoji gave reports on six aspects such as the basic situation of the NTSC, “One Positioning, Three Key Breakthroughs and Five Key Cultivation Directions” goal and future development planning, rear services tenement situation, 3H project implementation, and garden construction. During the forum, Mr. Wu Jianguo raised question on garden and residential project construction as well as exchanges ideas and discusses the administrative rear services and basic construction with attendants.

After the forum, the Wu group examined the NTSC garden, time and frequency standard laboratory, quantum frequency standard research office, CAPS obit measuring station and main control station. Afterwards, they came to the Pucheng time service department garden, 90km away from the NTSC, for on-the-spot inspection.
