Yin Hejun, Vice President of CAS came to NTSC for surveys on Aug., 24. Accompanied by Director Guo Ji and other Party & government leaders, Mr. Yin investigated on the spot in the CAPS Orbit Determination Station, Master Control Station, Time-frequency Standard Lab,Quantum Frequency Standard, etc., listened to the report on the latest research progress in related research fields, and made exchanges with the staffs in detail.

After that, a meeting was held among Mr. Yin and his delegation as well as leadership team members, research directors and principals of relevant functional departments in the NTSC.

At the meeting, Director Guo Ji reported the work in detail, and Mr. Yin had a deep communication with everyone in terms of relevant questions.

Finally, Mr. Yin made important remarks, responded all the proposals made by everyone, and gave important instructions on how to further deepen the "one-three-five" plan, enhance team building, manage system and mechanism innovation, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation as well as security and confidentiality, etc.

At last, Guo Ji showed gratitude to leaders of CAS on behalf of NTSC for their guidance and support, stating that NTSC will further improve the measure, seize the opportunity and strive for greater development.
