During June 1-3, 2011, audit team from XQC examined and verified the quality management system (QMS) of NTSC, including the third surveillance audit on military items, examination of new versions of such items and recertification of civil items.

The audit team adopted different methods to carry out their work such as inquiry, checking of records and on-spot inspection. After comprehensive examination of departments related to QMS such as Time Service Division,the Time-frequency Standard Lab, Time-user System Division, Executive Level, Comprehensive Office, Science and Technology Dept., Quality Supervision Section and Division of Finance and Property, the audit team finally approved the reservation of the QMS certification qualification of NTSC.
