The 1st Chinese Satellite Navigation Conference(CSNC) was held from May 19 to May 21 in Beijing. The Development of Standard Atomic Clock and the Research Progress of Optical Atomic Clock by Chang Hong from NTSC won the second prize of the Best Essay Award for the Youth, Design Stimulation of Link between Stars on the Basis of Band Beam Antenna by Han Tao won the third prize, and Monitoring & Prediction on Time Derivation of GNSS System by ZhangHuijun won the Award of Excellence.

In order to encourage young scientific and technical workers in the field of Satellite Navigation to engage in scientific research innovation, the Conference Organization Committee has organized successively 70 more experts in this field to review more than 300 essays submitted to this annual conference, and finally the Scientific Committee of Annual Conference selected 30 Excellent Essays of the Youth and granted them awards at this Annual Conference.
