The other day, “BPC Shangqiu Low-frequency Time-code Radio Station of the National Time Service Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences”, cooperatively constructed by the National Time Service Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Xi’an Gaohua Technology Co., Ltd., was completed in Shangqiu City, Henan Province and started to make trial broadcasting.

Designed as non-stop workbench, BPC Shangqiu Low-frequency Time-code Radio Station after being officially put into operation, will provide 24-hour non-stop time service for the users under normal condition. At present, the station is under trial broadcasting. With the aim of meeting the demand of outside test and providing certain time service for the users, the trial broadcasting will run 8 hours (9:00~17:00) in the daytime and 7.5 hours (21:00~4:30) at night every day during the period of trial broadcasting.
