On Mar. 24, the demonstration activity of urban popular science in the publicity month of Shaanxi, that is, the 15th “Spring of Science & Technology” of Baoji City was officially launched in the Yandiyuan Square in Baoji City. The NTSC and the Shaanxi Astronomical Society formed a team and participated in this activity organized by the Shaanxi Association for Science and Technology under the theme of “Getting Close to Cosmos, Exploring the Mystery of Moon, and Approaching to the Time Science”.

Under the theme of “Implementing Comprehensively the Scientific Outlook on Development and Promoting the Construction of Innovative Shaanxi”, the activity “Spring of Science & Technology” in the publicity month this time aims at motivating the vast scientific workers and citizens to take common actions, making waves of “Learning Science, Loving Science, Relying on Science, and Using Science” and building fine atmosphere of “Science Popularization and Harmonious Development” through such activities as concentrated demonstration, “Popular Science Going into Communities”, “Popular Science Going into Campuses”, “Academician Going into Baoji”, reemployment training activity for urban laid-off workers, etc.
