On Feb. 18, 2009, Researcher Chang Hong of NTSC was selected in the “100 Talents Program” of CAS after review and approval of the program’s leading group, enjoying the honorary title as a selectee of the program.

Introduced by NTSC in Sept., 2007, Comrade Chang Hong is a post doctorate once studying in France, who won the Important Directional Program and the Program of War Industry Innovation Fund of CAS, as well as the financial aid for the National Key Program of Natural Science, in less than a year, and has made breakthrough in his experimental researches.
