On the morning of June 18, a group of 12 persons leaded by Duan Baoyan, President of Xidian University, and Hao Yue, Vice President, visited the NTSC, and held working exchanges with the leading group and core scientific and technological personnel of the center. President Duan and Director Guo Ji signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The NTSC and Xidian University have maintained a good long-term cooperation relationship due to their close correlation in subject and research direction as well as the same location of Xi’an. According to the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement” signed by both sides through consultation for the purpose of further deepening mutual cooperation, a multi-level substantial cooperation will be carried out by jointly declaring national key and major programs, studying cooperatively, building labs and fostering talents together, holding academic exchange and so on, in a bid to realize advantage complementation, reciprocity & mutual benefit as well as common development.The strategic cooperation with Xidian University is a significant step in the NTSC’s plan to cooperate with other domestic innovation institutions.
