A delegation from Hrvatsko Zagorje Krapina University of Applied Sciences (HZKUAS), led by Dean Nenad Sikirica and Dr. Miksa Marko, visited National Time Service Center (NTSC), Chinese Academy of Sciences on August 12-13, 2025, culminating in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) after in-depth discussion with Navigation and Communication Research Division.
The potential cooperation focuses on joint GNSS monitoring and performance assessment, high-precision service applications and its data sharing mechanisms, etc.
Prof. Zou Decai, Director of Navigation and Communication Research Division, and Dean Sikirica formalized the partnership through the MoU signing ceremony.
The delegation, accompanied by NTSC Deputy Director Prof. Lu Xiaochun, visited technical facilities including Time Science Museum, atomic clock laboratories, and BeiDou "Belt and Road" High-Precision Service Platform.
"We will refine cooperation areas under this MoU, advance the collaboration to a higher level, and I believe we will achieve more cooperative outcomes," Prof. Zou said.
