Researcher Dong Ruifang from NTSC of CAS Got Support from the First “Youth Top-notch Talent” Program of Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee

Recently, Researcher Dong Ruifang from National Time Service Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences obtained funds from the first “Youth Top-notch Talent” Program of Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee according to the Notice on Receiving Funds of the First Youth Top-notch Talent Program. 

As the sub-plan of “Youth Talent Development Plan”—the major project for national talent development program, the Youth Top-notch Talent Program has been implemented from 2011, which focuses on supporting and developing the youth innovative talents into an important reserve forces for leaders in all fields in China.
