Print On the eve of National Day, NTSC Researcher Qiao Rongchuan gave a three-day lecture on Solar Radiation and Solar Climate to Institute of Earth Environment of CAS at the invitation of academician An Zhisheng. More than thirty technicians and postgraduates took part in the academic activity.
The lecture involves many aspects such as universe origin, the earth and the solar system, coordinate system and time calendar, solar radiation and solar climate. The lecture played a positive role to the technicians of geography discipline in their understanding of relevant astronomy knowledge. It was also helpful for their carrying out relevant research project. Thus, the lecture gets participants’ praise.
