A two-way satellite time and frequency transfer (TWSTT) system was set up at NTSC in October 1998, which is a project in cooperation with the CRL(NICT), Japan. This link is playing an important role in the international TWSTT network. NTSC–CRL TWSTT data have been accumulated for more than a year since this time link was established. The routine operations are undertaken every Tuesday and Friday, lasting 30 min each time. Comparison of UTC(NTSC)-UTC(CRL) with Two Way results and GPSCV results shows that the profiles of TWSTT and GPSCV results agree well.
