the two-way satellite time and frequency transfer (TWSTFT) results of NTSC are officially applied to the reduction of international atomic time (TAI: international atomic time), and the class-A uncertainty of comparison between UTC (NTSC) and UTC of the international standard time is reduced to 0.5ns from 1.5ns.
The official application of the NTSC's TWSTFT data to the TAI reduction is a great thing in the time-keeping of our country which improves significantly the comparison precision between the standard time of our country and that of the world.
