During Aug. 13 and 14, 2013, the first “Young Scholars Forum on Time Frequency and Satellite Navigation” sponsored by Time Service Team of Youth Innovation and Promotion Association of the CAS and co-organized by Office of Personnel & Education and the Student Union of NTSC was held in the NTSC. Four researchers influential in different subjects were invited to give reports during the Forum and Researcher Zhang Shougang, Deputy Director of NTSC attended the Forum and delivered a speech, which has attracted the participation of over 260 young employees and postgraduates in NTSC.
