At  the invitation of Ulrich Schreiber, Professor of German Research Center for Geoscience (GFZ), Liu Tao et al. six researchers from National Time Service Center (NTSC) are scheduled to an eight-day visit to GFZ in Potsdam, Germany, from May 22 to 29, 2013.

This visit to GFZ helps researchers to stay current with international research trends, and to promote the development of relevant researches in China.
